Problems with Android

I have problems with my smart phone, the model is C1604 Dual E XPeria suddenly shows me the screen to turn off the phone, plus the screen is off and lights on many occasions without the need to press any buttons.

Let me know if there is a tool that allows me to reassemble the OS from scratch, I've tried restarting the phone to the state frabrica but the problem persists.

I have not installed any application in the last 3 months. M egustaria know which solve this.

You can use our program PC Companion to reinstall the software in your phone and hopefully this can help:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
