Problems with microphone

Hi i have been having trouble with my microphone. When I make a call no one can hear me on the other end but I can hear them yet when I turn loud speaker on I can be heard. Has anyone else had these problems?

Try updating or re-installing the software via PC and/or phone repair via PC suite, if your phone supports it.
