Battery problem

Don't show battery percentage real. When my mobile is 50% than switched off.
And when i charging my mobile than after 1 minte show battery percentage 40%

I check all dealers...jaipur,sikar,JHUNJHUNU,
But no anyone dealer sell mobile battery
