Recover deleted text messages. Help!

I have a Xperia E2053 and accidently deleted a complete text message thread. Is there a way to recover these?

Please help, I need these messages!

Welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, Sony has no facility to restore lost data, including text messages. If they were not backed up, I am afraid we will be unable to restore them.

You can try third party apps and services, but I cannot guarantee the effectiveness of them.
