Refund?

Hello,

I got my sony xperia m4 aqua on the 17 of januray 2016 (not long ago) and i've had issues with my phone (overheating, WiFi Issues and mostly the storage like really sony a 8GB phone with only 2GB left after the android system!) i like a part of it like the price, waterproofing and etc just to root it its hard mostly why? because littery %70 of the main features of apps don't support sony phones (like Unified Remote Pro i brought it for its IR remote feature but then its not their? well i search it it says "Doesn't support sony phones") i really need a refund for my phone! Aleast a $290 refund!

Also the nearest Sony "Phone" shop it 6 hours away (on the other side of my country)

I'd recommend taking it back to where you ordered it from. Even if they don't accept a refund, as long as the phone is still in the condition you bought it in they may accept a swap for a phone of similar value. Unless consumer laws are different where you're from, most retailer's return period only lasts for a month.

I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, you have to contact the store where you bought it.
