Repair Centre Status
Hello,
I recently sent in my Z3 to the repair centre as it had become water damaged after going in a swimming pool (despite me following all of the instructions!).
I've been tracking it online, so far I have had:
With a repair engineer
Awaiting replacement part
Unit being exchanged
and now......awaiting software upgrade.
Now im reading that as Sony is either going to repair or replace my phone under warrenty. Does anyone have any experience of this? Am I right?
It would be helpful if Sony gave a little more information on what the different status' really mean!
