Hello
I am facing a problem with my SBH52 regarding pairing multiple devices. As soon as I pair a third device the information of the first one is kicked and cannot be used anymore. I am not talking about using all three at the same time!
How is it possible to keep the pairing information of multiple devices. With the Sony MW600 I was able to store at least 3 connections to different devices?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
It's not possible to pair it with a third device. If you pair the headset with a third device, the first paired device gets removed from the memory of the headset.
Thank you for you quick reply!
These are no good news! Why is there a limitation?! The usual case is that you have at least two devices (Notebook, Smart Phone, Tablet). Business people usually work with at least 3-4!
1. Do you know if it is planned to enable more devices in future firmware versions?
2. Why is such an important number not visible in the Technical Details @ http://www.sonymobile.com/de/products/accessories/smart-bluetooth-handset-sbh52/specifications/#tabs
3. Do you know if the Sony MW1 Smart Wireless Headset Pro has that limitation too?
4.Or do you have any other device on the market or on the road map that is capable to store more devices?

Unfortunately, I do not have any info if there will be changes in upcoming updates.
This info regarding multipoint can be found in the user guide:

As far as I know, the Smart Wireless Headset Pro works the same way and the same goes for the newer headsets too.
Thank you for providing the link.
it says "You can only connect to a maximum of two devices in Multipoint mode"
doesn't say anything about Singlepoint mode!
Would it help to set the device to Singlepoint mode?

No it won't help to set the headset into singlepoint mode. The singlepoint mode is used when you are going to have the headset connected to one device.
