Secondly, How can i save the apps in my sd card, because i don't to much memory on my phone
1) if you have the X10a it's already out, unless your carrier hasn't roled it out, try using update service and check if you have the update
if you don't then you can follow this
rooting and/or flashing firmware other than the one offered through PCCompanion or Update Service could violate your warranty (unless is restore to its original firmware)
if you decide to proceed

regarding Apps2SD thats a feature Froyo (android 2.2 and above has) not for 2.1
thank u for answering...But what are the risks of rooting the phone? Do i lose any feature?
you don't lose any feature, just it might void your warranty if you don't undo it before service. but besides that you get access to other stuff, see it as having access as an administrator on your computer.
Actually you might not get to keep Creatouch. Shocker. Moxier will be gone too. Big woop. And timescape bites the bullet also. Thank **** The only actual slight downside is mediascape going but there are plenty more apps in the market.
I think the original Android Picture app (gallery) and the default music player are great, specially the Gallery app.
install this music and picture apps

They were supposed to be included with android but Sony Ericsson removed them so there wouldn't be competition to their Mediascape
