Good Day,

I own a Xperia Z3.

I installed a 32Gb micro SD.

Everytime I transfer data (music or photo) on the card, it become corrupted. There is no problem with everything that stay on the internal memory.

The problem is present if I transfer through the phone or through the PC app.

I first tought the card was the problem. I tried it on the PC, I tested it with an app on the PC: the card is fine with no error. I also tried 2 other cards, they all do the same.

Anyone can help?

PS: I send an email directly to Sony, and they never answered me.

Hi,

If I understand you correctly, you have tried different SD-cards and the same behaviour appear on all of them? The files that you transfer, do they get corrupted directly or after a while?

Have you enabled 'encryption'?

It has been happening the same with me. The files get corrupted after a while, is there any solution? I've tried diferent sd cards and problem remains. Thank you
