Secondhand Phone: head user gives another phonenumber

Hallo...

After my previous Z3 compact died way to Early, ive bought last weekend a second hand Z3 compact.

It seems i can't Change headuser of the Phone .. When i first openen the user settings i saw it mentioned another phonenumber than mine... When i look to contacts and under 'myself' it shows the name ao i manually Changed in usersetting, but its clear hé doesnt see me as headuser since my profile is standing under my name in contacts, and also you can see because ive got no picture in top of screen, which in the blue circel should show you re profile picture ( user) ...
Anybody solution for this?

Do you also see this number under Settings -> About phone -> Status -> SIM status -> My phone number?

The number displayed here and under Contacts -> Myself comes from the SIM-card. You can't change that from the phone.

No it says nr is unknown actually

Under "Myself" you will also see information from the accounts you have in the phone. It could for example be email accounts, Google account or any app creating an account. If you or the previous owner haven't made a master reset, you may still have accounts from the previous owner in it.

You can see which accounts you currently have under Settings -> Accounts and here you can also remove accounts.

But if there's still data from the previous owner in the phone, i would recommend that you perform a master reset from Settings -> Backup & reset but please note that this will reset the phone to factory default.

I did yesterdayj already a master reset... I know That after the reset i could 't find the Phone number i saw before anymore... So maybe i solved the problem with the master reset and have i used the wrong account of myself ... Ive got 2 Google accounts, one with a hotmail adres and one with my Google mail adres... Could it be ive used That one, ive didnt use previously?

As you could not change the information and it didn't come from the SIM-card, i can't see any other reason than that it came from one of the accounts in the phone. Info under "Myself" looks ok now?
