sony ericsson Hazel sound problem!!!

every time when I want to play a game or any mp3/video song sound doesn't come and when I tries to play a video song it doesn't even starts..while playing youtube videos it also doesn't start, till i reset the profile again or any changes in ringtone settings has been made.. please tell me the solution of this problem...

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/downloads/hazel?cc=pk&lc=en I would suggest a master reset and failing that, try a software update/re-installation using the SE update service from the above link.You may also want to use Media Go to transfer any media from PC to phone and see if that helps.

hey thanx Dr_charis....

I've already tried master reset and the software update services....but they both worked temporarily...problem persists as I connects my phone to my PC via PC-Suit...I think, file transfer using Media Go can solve the problem...

thanx again....If u've some other sugessions then please let me know..
