This is SrinivasaRao and i am feeling shame for purchasing dirty worst stupid branded sony mobile. it forgot to support customers.
I am real example for facing sony service center problems and dirty authorization. Don't release stupid mobiles to market. Customers are not buffaloes.
From the last 75 days my mobile is in Sony Authorized Service Center (Pranank Electronics) Vijayawada. They are saying stupid answers when i am asking about my mobile. Service center gave me number job id's listing as below.

My mobile had got damaged it's display. Previously you told display is repairable and now you are telling that sony stopped servicing m4 mobiles. It is fault of sony not mine why you are charging 50% price addition to mobile replacement.
Above are my job numbers. Sony Service Center(Pranank Electronics) Vijayawada testing my patience. Now i am not ready to face these problems.
