Hi,

I just installed sony pc companion software to synchronize my data. I am unable to edit my PC location as its only showing the path but no option to change the backup files location on PC. Also when i click the pc path its showing error message that folder or file location does not exist.

Could you please advise how to fix or its its bug in the software when its going to be fixed.

I’m sorry I don’t think I am following you here. Are you trying to run a backup or trying to restore a previously backed up file?

SUGGESTION: Sony should include all installation files in just one setup file for PC companion. I recently downloaded PC companion and installed on my PC. When I clicked on a feature, it asks to connect to internet to download files. Problems is my PC didn't had internet connectivity. Packing up all files in just one setup file should help people having limited or no access to internet via PC.

I am having the same problem, It is asking for internet connection which is already there. Did u resolve the issue since I am not able to install from my z1 directly.

Hi, sorry if i post it here but can somebody answer me this question:

I keep hearing to repair your phone with PCC (sony pc companion 2.1) when having issues.. but what do u mean? make a back-up and then restore/ repair some parts? Or how?

And SUS is just an update application right?
