I had sent my phone off to repair 5 times through the 5 times they finally repaired some of the issues BUT they have sent the phone off without the sim tray which means I can't use my simcard... How rediculous is that! Someone help me?
I am sorry to hear about this; however have you spoken with your local Xperia Care team regarding this as it is a service/warranty issue?

Yes and I also got a rediculous answer that I will need to wait for the new one, and I already waited 5 weeks for my phone because it was back and forth in repair....
Sony has the best way of treating their customers, I have just found out I will get the replacement tray seccond class postage which means I will need to wait couple more days for it when I am in a serious need of my phone. Asked them If I could have it posted first class and I was refused. - No ona takes a blame for it...
