My smartband SWR10 does not synchronize the data with LifeLog with the phone.
I downloaded the programs Smartband, Smart connect and LifeLog. I tried to connect it to a phone with NFC and Bluethoot, but it doesn't work.
The first day of use synchronized only photos and games, has never synchronized steps and sleep.
Can you help?

I use a G2, and have found that it is quite difficult to get the inital pairing to work.
here is a little heads up on how I got this to go.
uninstall all the apps.
reinstall them, and do not play with them.
go to bluetooth settings and if SWR shows, unpair it.
charge the band completely.
when the band is charged, go into smartconnect and add the smartband, push the plus, add smartband.
it should send you to bluetooth setup.
if the SWR pops, pair it.
agree to share whatever it asks (if you want)
UNPAIR the band
turn on NFC
go back into smartconnect
it should say something like "Smartband disconnected, reconnect with NFC"
pull down you notification pane, and hit the message
hold band against back of phone.
It will throw errors (more than likely)
after about 4 attempts, it should hook up and attempt to update the band.
after you get it updated, no more problems.
I tried it, it works, but only synchronize games and photos, I can't synchronize sleep and the steps.
Did you have to set something in particular?
To sleep I set the time on night mode in the smartband app and change modality in smartband.
For the steps I turn on the phone the location of the position.
Is there anything else I need to do?
Yes, there was a sensor that doesn't works.
The switch with a new one
Same problem. SWR10, fully charged, all apps installed exactly per instructions. No step counts, no walking time, nothing.
If I switch the band to night mode (or back) the phone knows that. If I use the lost phone feature, that works fine. The band vibrates when I get phone messages, calls, etc. That all works.
But no walking/steps/running data of any kind.
Phone is Experia Z
This last weeks updates, LifeLog, etc fixed the problems with sync'ing, step counting, etc.
Everything works great, except sleep tracking.
Using with Experia Z2
