Hi,I have a Sony Xperia E1 mobile phone,,(brought from the UK 1 year ago),After charging it today I tried to turn it on,,,On the screen was an "Android icon" (a little icon of an Android laid on its back and a exclamation mark !)It will display itself for a while and then my phone will close..hence I cant open my phone and use it! Any ideas or help what is wrong with it and what I can do to solve it,,I am a lady residing in a developing area of Egypt where technology doesnt exist!I have access to a lap top but I am not very computer literate..Please help,,Thank you

Hi Thank you!!..I have just downloaded the XC onto my latop,,As I mentioned I am not very computer literate..so this means now I have to attach the phone to my laptop,and use the XC downloaded info to try and repair it?Do u know why this has happened?
