Hi. I have recently bought a new Sony Xperia L. Whilst uploading an update my phone froze with 'Sony' on the screen. I've tried taking the battery out and tried holding the off button and volume up or down buttons in sequence - no luck. Just completely frozen. Any help would be appreciated.
