Hello, I have problem with my phone, I bought it 16th of September 2013. Phone is not charging when is off and is really hard to charge when is on. Sometimes I have to connect the cable a few times then its starting charging, but after few seconds happening again, red light turns off and turns on very quickly. It is getting worse every day and probably after some time I wont be able to charge at all. The problem is that I bought the phone in Poland and the shop doesnt exist anymore, they gave me the bill with IMEI and serial number, stamp, the number is the same in phone (white small card near sim slot). They didnt give me any warranty card, just that receipt with date. I checked my serial number on sony website and it tells me that I have the warranty to 11-2015. I live in England right now. What can I do?
