Hi,
I purchased Xperia t2 ultra dual on 11th May 2014 and i start using it but the handset is completely corrupted and when i approached service center they are trying to convince me that the problem is because of the software and once the new software is updated then it will work properly.
But it is brand new piece and I am not interested to update the software in my mobile. Request you to take this as priority and do the needful.
Expeceted alot of hope from the SONY but i am failed to get the proper service from the serivce center people. My humble request to you is to do the needful and kindly replace the handset for me.
