SYNC service Sony ERICSSON ??? where

Hi just got a x10 celly...  but I love to sync my contacts from computer (like the old PC suite)...i keep trying to sync with sony erricson online but the only service my phone lets me use is FACEBOOK and GMAIL .. why cant i find Sony Service as all the instructions im reading tell me to click this..whats up?

Ok... Ive seen this th eproblem is my phone does not have SONY ERICSSON as a SYNC option,,only google...
