System problem

I am having a teribble problem with my mobile set. when i play candy  crush it stops in between, when i try to send sms it slows down while typing, when i try to open any sms it takes minutes to view it. i have AVG antivirus downloaded but it doesnt seem to be of any help when it comes to using the mobile set smoothly... Any suggestions and ideas to the software to be downloaded ????

delete the following apps

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

booster apps

you do NOT need any of this apps

also clear the call logs and empty the messaging app from time to ttime, the more calls/sms/mms the longer it will take to open those apps.
