Tethering won't work

Hy all i have xperia p 4.1.2 ~ 6.2.A.1.100
when i want to use usb or wifi hotspot Tethering Ive got error msg "Error occured during tethering"
I use 3G network as internet mmmm

I have reset the phone with full wipe.

I have repaired the phone using PC Companion.
can anyone help me...
