The SIM card

Hello,

 I have bought a new Experia M5. It says"no SIM-card-only emergensy-calls". The SIM-card is activated (I have checked that). Now to my question: Shall I put the SIM-card with the GOLDEN side DOWN or UP? I dont know if I have put it right in the cover. Anyone know what I shall do to make it work?

Thanks.... I´ve already seen this, and I cant figure out if the GOLDEN side shall be DOWN or UP... the text does not mention this issue

look at the shape of the SIM on the diagram. As you can see, a SIM card it's not a perfect rectangle, use that to guide you.
