Timescape

I have been using Arc S for a couple of years and love Timescape App.and widget especially for missed calls and messages.

I read that the E1 has Timescape and ordered new phone.

But I can't find Timescape on phone or in google play.

Can anyone tell me where to download from and how I can install Timescape on E1
