Unable to download from Playstore

Hi,

I'm unable to download apps from Google playstore. It accepts "Install" and "Accept" and thereafter goes into downloading mode but never downloads even after several minutes. The blue lines keep scrolling from left to right.

Can anyone tell me why this happens?

Hi, could be either a network issue at that moment or possibly the Play Store exceptionallly busy or the actual App you are trying to download, i have encountered this a couple of times but it usually resolves after another try, you could also try clearing the Cache in the Play Store App or even try deleting/reinstalling the App.....

Just like dandy63 said, it can be related to the network. Have you tried with another connection (Wi-Fi/Mobile network)? One other application that you can try to clear data for is Google Play services via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Google Play services > Manage space > Clear all data.

You can also test Safe Mode. Do you have any taskillers or antivirus apps?

I did a software update and now I'm able to download from playstore.
