unlock my xperia z5

I buy my xperia Z5 in a Sony Store and its SIM is locked. I went to my Sony store but they don´t know how unlock my SIM even chat support can´t help me. This is a real problem for me. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that but you have two options, either contact the carrier/network or buy the code online.

On a side note, where did you purchased this phone (country) and which network its locked to?

It's Telcel in Mexico. I buyed my xperia z5 in a sony store because they offer unlocked cellphones, but they give me other thing.

For what I know, Xperias sold in Mexico are locked to Telcel, but you can contact your Local support regarding this.

others xperia Z5 in the same Sony Store came unlocked. I had seen. Xperias z5 only came locked if you buy the device in Telcel Store or others Stores but this is not my case

This is a user based forum, only your Local support will be able to help you, by any chance, did you flashed the phone (xperiafirm, flashtool)? 

If you just bought the phone, why don't you exchange it? but it seems that the phones are locked to Telcel.
