Update xperia ion lt28i into Jelly Bean

I have been reading about my celphone and I found that there is an official version of jelly bean for my xperia ion lt28i, but if i try to update it from the sony pc companion or sony update service, I  get a message that says the phone is already on the last version. And the version I have is the ice cream sandwish (ICS 4.0.4 compilation number 6.1.E.3.7).

I want  to updte my celphone but no losing any of my current properties like LTE that works really well for me in Colombia.
