Very low audio quality of the phone.

I bought the new Xperia J from a store. I thought it would have a great audio quality as described on the website. But I it has a very very low audio quality instead of a walkman player. And the phone is slower and performance is sluggish. I hate these. Please help...

I suggest that you start with updating/repairing your phone software with the program PC Companion:

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text).
