If I record a video longer than 20 seconds (most videos) I cannot switch the record off. I press the red button and nothing happens. Either it carries on recording or freezes. Eventually, after about 3 minutes, the whole phone will shut down. Clicking or holding the on button does nothing. After about 5 minutes the phone will switch itself on again.
The video either hasn't been saved or is a short film followed by endless footage of me trying to switch it off.
I have missed many preclous moments Because of this. I also need to make 20 minute videos for quirk, but cannot.
I did a software repair about 3 months back. It was ok for about a month I.shouldn't have to do a software repair every month.
My phone is very buggy and slow again, but really? Shouldn't it be able to cope without endless repairs?
I don't watch films or listen to music, I do very little on my phone compared to my mates.
I want my video camera to work. All the time.
