Voice announcement of incoming calls - how to stop it

for the last couple of days I started to get voice announcement of all incoming calls.  I do not like it and would like it to stop.  I have looked every hwere in setting but can not find anything which can cancel it.  Please help.  May be it is done by some other app?

With the information supplied, I suggest you do the following.

Menu > Settings > Accessibility > Talkback > Settings > Untick Speak Caller ID
