W395 when I turn it on it gives an "install" notice and then freezes

I've tried taking the battery and SIM out and pressing the C button for 30 secs, but it still shows he same "Install" message

Unfortunately, you will need to send it in for repair, as the W395 is not compatible with PC suite and there is no software update for it via PC.
