Hi,
my nearly 1 year old W995 has just started to switch itself off for no reason. Battery is charged and have tried a replacement battery also.
There is no pattern and just happens at random 2-3 times a day. Have tried the software update but it still happens. Only way to clear the problem is to remove the battery and then it will restart! Any ideas please?
