When I send a video through whatsapp, it compressed the video to smaller file size for sending, after it compressed, its only show grey lines but audio is ok.
Thats not the problem with xperia c or whatsapp.. Actuallly whatsapp video size limit is 16mb... And it compresses the video size to normal if its larger than 16 mb or if the size is smaller than 16mb than whatsapp automatically change its resolution to smaller one Thats it
Even i am facing the same problem tried everything uninstalled whatsapp rebooted and again installed new version of whatsapp but no use same error receiving person only see grey and green lines of video send, i just buy this phone 10 days ago. if any one have solution to this.
