Worst service network i ve ever seen !!!!!

i gave my w705 for service  on december 14 / 2010 for the replacement of damaged flex cable of my phone under warranty !!!!!! it s been nearly a month still the service people are saying we din recieve the spare parts !!!!!!!!

i can't understand y a well reputed company like sony is not caring about customer satisfaction

- Where are you located? Where did you bring the phone to?

- How long where you told the repair would take? Has it been over that time? If so, what is the current reason for the delay?

- Can you please reply with any work order numbers, reference numbers, or other documentation?

I'm located in Coimbatore ,a city in Tamilnadu ,  India .I gave my mobile to SRI MARUTHI SOLUTIONS (sony ericsson authorised service centre) , 446-E peelamedu , coimbatore - 641024 ph:(+91422-4398356)..........I was told i will be gettin back in a week !!!!!!!!!!! the current reason for derlay is they say they din recieve the spare parts for my mobile yet from sonyericsson and my customer reference number is 10114 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
