X alert password reset ??

I have a Sony Xperia Z1,I forgot the Password,how can I get the Password?Please help.

You can't you need to perform a system repair which will erase all data - This is due to security reasons

Hi All !

Anybody have a solution for how can reset password of X-Alert. I'm tried to find out the way to reset X-Alert password.

Please suggest if anyone have solution.

Have you try this ?

1. If you have Screen lock = Pattern then you need to change it to PIN
2. Go to Settings => Security => Device Administrator and untick X - Alert for XPERIA
3. Now go to Settings => Apps => All = Select X - Alert for XPERIA
4. Click on Force Stop and do Clear Cache
