Xperia™ Care... Less!

My Xperia Z3 Compact's headphone socket started to fail... next went the earphone speaker so i could hardly hear anyone calling me even on max volume.

Xperia care recieved my phone on 12th September for repair and it is still under warranty. I am STILL waiting for it to be repaired! They keep fobbing me off about how they are awaiting a part to arrive in order to fix the phone. They have been waiting for that part for over 2 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous.

Should their repair department not have all the parts they need to hand in order to fulfill its function?

Took a chance moving from a Samsung to a Sony phone... Now regret that decision. Poor phone... poor service. Not happy...

I have same problem with the Support. They are not anle to fix a GPS problem since two weeks. My Xperia is just 12 month old. Its the 3rd time i have to send it to repair. Poor service! And every time i send it away i see that my 6 year old samsung still works perfectly. <br>I guess the best way to fix this problem is to buy a samsung again because if you are frustrated with sony, you can be sure that nobody from the support will be able to help you.
