Xperia ION stops showing Incoming Call Alerts

My Xperia ION phone doesn't show any Incoming Call alerts after 5-7 calls. I have to restart the phone or dial any number from the phone to fix the problem temporarily. My phone is only 2.5 months old and I have submitted it 3 times at Sony Xperia Authorized Center. Every times they only updated my Software Frameware Versions. Finally the Service Center Techies are going to replace my phone's motherboard. Hope Sony will not disappoint me this time and the issue with my phone will be resolved.

Hopefully this will solve the problem but in case the problem should remain after having the mainboard replaced i recommend that you also test your phone with another SIM-card if you haven't done so.

Not only me but Xperia Service Center Techie also checked the issue by using different SIM-cards. I checked the mobile phone with Reliance GSM, MTNL, Idea SIM-cards but also faced the same issue.  Xperia Service Center Technician also checked the phone using their Airtel SIM-card.

I can assure you that the problem is with the phone not with the SIM-card.
