I am totally dissatisfied with you complaint service and sony service center service.
4th Times I am giving my phone to service center to repair my device with same issue.My device continuous restarts.
The issue still not resolved and what kind of escalation you are doing.Sony service center said that they had not received any escalation regarding this issue from your side. Are you making me fool?.
Give me proof that you are working on this service request or your team just playing email with me.
On 11th Nov 2014 , I am again submitted my phone to service center JOB number is W114110805460.
I need proper resolution for this issue on immediate.
I need replacement of this device because your team is not able to solve this issue from last one month, and every time they just saying new excuses.
