no ringing my phon when called me

if it is not ringing what is happening when you recieve call. i.e silent, vibrate? do not forget to check if you have cal divert on . and what do the other person hear on other side? just call your number from other phone and see what happens.

Everything is okay but  when incoming calls was silent and without a vibrator ?

sorry I do not know if it is a technical fault. but this was something that happen to me very often and every time I find out that either my kids have switched to flight mode. or they just make it silent. or call divert on, dialing  *21# normally switch it off

when i call this number the phone be not in service when i call it not received call ???

sorry #21# this is a code to switch off call divert. it do not ring nowhere
