Xperia Tipo Dual

When I try to connect to internet on my Sony Xperia Tipo Dual
I get the error "authentication via the proxy server was unsuccessful"
on my Sony Tipo Dual. It did not happen in the past.

And if I put the same sim card in my Iphone 4S it works fine to connect to the internet?
My Tipo Dual has updated operating system as of 11/12/2014.
Could this be caused by Mobile Care,  or Dr Web Light, or other utility software that I have added?

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I can advise that this may be likely due to bad Internet settings. Try the following.

Menu > Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Accept Disclaimer > Choose network.
