You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

If the above does not help, you need to stop by a sony service.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

But have you tried to perform this software repair that  mentioned? If not, I suggest that you follow his instructions to see if you are able to do it.

Otherwise, if there are no reaction while you force a shutdown/restart by holding the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button or even when you connect the phone to the charger, you would do best by visiting nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed in the best possible way:

Looks like there is no way to fix it without service, ekhm? If not - topic to close.

There is the option of doing it yourself, which might void warranty if still there. We do not close topics around here.

In my opinion this is a water damage.  I might be wrong but 1 of my Z1 had a water damage and was doing the same thing. It had a blinking led no screen.  Check your water sensor,  if it's red it's a water damage if it's white then emails sony and send the phone to the address they sent to you.
