Did you install some apps that are always on? The lag on such kind of devices it may be just due low ram or intensive CPU usage. You may first of all trying to reboot your phone in safe mode, if when in safe mode the phone won't lag, reboot to normal and start to uninstall all the recent apps one by one until the phone stop lagging, or use XC and repair your device.

Hi @Mahmmoud0114454,

Lag is generally caused by third party apps that are running in the background.

You can test this by putting your phone into safe mode. If it is not lagging in safe mode, it is going to be third party apps causing the issue.

The reason you remove the app is because it may be causing strain on the handset and its resources. Unfortunately finding which app is causing the problem is the hard part and takes time.

Hi @Mahmmoud0114454,

If the device is working correctly while it is in safe mode, then it indicates the issue is being caused by a third party application.

You can try removing apps one by one, starting with the last installed app and moving back.

Or you can simply start everything fresh with a software repair.
