Z1 Compact Vibration issues

Hi !

Im having some issues with vibration not working, it comes back when i shake the phone ?

It may work for sometime without any issues.

I send it to service few weeks back, but all they did was software update, which didn't cure anything.

It's not caused by any 3rd party software, since it happens even after full reset.

Hardware issue ?

That seems to be a hardware issue, take it back to a Sony Xperia Care center or return it to the store

How is ur phone now? Did you send it back? Im having the same problem but only after I upgrade to Kitkat.
