Accidently deleted Sony XZ premium 4k demo videos

I think i had a problem with my phone and accidently deleted the 4k HDR demo videos and i lost other pics to. is there anyway of re downloading the demo videos and pics. it would be nice to have to show what the sony xz premium screen is capable of.

I'm not sure if you can restore those via a factory reset, let me request more info about this.

The problem occured when pictures weren't showing properly apart from a pixely screen. so I deleted them. There were around 10 pics like this. I think it was a problem with the phone. I tried to go to youtube to see sony 4k hdr video but they only go up to 2160, I am not sure if that is the same as what was already on my phone.

I had same issue but with one picture. 

You know when watching the pictures in Sony Album, switching it, zooming, basically touching the screen sometimes you cast the navigation buttons ON and delete button is also there.

Accidently I clicked it and then fast "Yes"  instead of "No" 

There was no option to go back... 

I hope Sony implement an option to have like 5s or even 10s confirmation counter for deleting items from Album and Video. This should be optional in settings. And could help us to avoid such issues...

I got more information about this topic, and unfortunately, the answer is no. There's no official way to restore those videos/photos once deleted, even a software repair using Xperia Companion will not restore them.

Your best bet would be searching for them on cloud services or asking a friend to transfer them to you.
