Adding Ringtones

How do you add a ringtone onto the phone such as a song or something that you purchase??

As much as I hate Apple products now, they did make that simple by purchasing ringtones in iTunes then just changing the ringtone in settings. 

I can't even find where to purchase ringtones on the phone.. Can't find them in the play store.

First off you don't have to buy.

Just pick your favorite song, use an MP3 file and cut off what you don't need with a program like Audacity.

Place the file on the directory Ringtones on the internal memory of your phone.

From now on you can create and use any ringtone you like.
