The game runs well but different part of my XZ screen flickers randomly whenever the game is on, something like a black bar, im not sure how to explain as it happens way too quick

but not as serious as above, as it doesnt cover the whole screen and the flickering doesnt stay on the screen, it just flickers at different part of the screen, sorta like "lightning" effect?
*it only happens on this game, whenever I minimize or quit the game everything runs fine, i have no flickering issue on other games
