Back glass broke xz premium

Has any one else had constant problem with thwre xz had mine for less than a year and again having to send it back as back hlass smashed and just now the phone wont turn on or charge?

I'm sorry to hear that but since that's a hardware issue, you will have to send it back to get it inspected/repaired. Contact your Local support

Just wondering, how did you cracked the back cover ?

Droped fone when i pulled out of my workbottoms pocket and had fone cable caught screw driver and fell but it had a case on it and the back is demolisged

I see, case won't prevent damage, they are ment to protect and minimize as much damage/impact as possible,, but do contact your Local support

Will it didnt work rhis is twice tgis happened. Both timew it the back not mark on front whicj didnt have any protection

Paid alot of money out right for tgis fone and it nothing but a head ache

Remember that nevertheless the back of the XZ Premium is Gorilla Glass 5, it is glass, and glass is glass and it will brake with strong blows, as it will happen with any glass phone, nevertheless is price.
