Well, if you are using gmail, or Google as your account for the phone then all your contacts are also available online from your PC. Just Google contacts and log in and there they are. THis is assuming that you are storing all your contacts in Google, like most people do. You can also have a local copy of your contacts on the phone itself...I suppose you could NOT use Google and just have a local copy but I do not recommend this because if you do not have a current backup and the phone dies, or gets factory reset, the you can say bye-bye to all your contacts. Whereas having them in Gmail/Google they are available from any internet connected PC/Phone.
Now I am fairly certain you can create a special compressed CVX file and then copy it to your PC, but I am not sure how you can use it on a PC???
