Your question is rather short.

This is what the manual says.

  • Make sure that the screen of your device is unlocked, and that the USB connection mode on the device is set to Transfer files. The default connection mode is always set to Charging only. For a computer to detect your device, select the Transfer files connection mode every time you connect the device to a computer.
To set the USB connection mode to transfer files
    1. Make sure that your device is connected to a computer via a USB Type-C cable.
    2. From your Home screen, drag the status bar downward.
    3. Find and tap Android System > USB charging this device > Tap for more options., then select Transferring files.

Let us know if this helped you.

I don't know what kind of computer you have but the same thing happened to me several months ago with another phone. When plugged in nothing would happen, not even the red charging light. This happened after a Windows 10 update.

The solution was to open the computer's Control Panel/Device Manager and click on the arrow beside Portable Storage. The phone's name should show up there.

In my case the phone's name was not there, just a red symbol.

This was caused because the computer's driver got mucked up during the Windows update.

The solution to fix the problem was to install a new driver on the computer from within the computer.
