Emergency number 112 no support

Hello. 

I have the Sony Xperia XZ1 and I have done all the updates and check for new every day. I am in Cosmote network. 

I don't recieve any 112 SMS emergency.

All other people recieve around me but have different brands of phones.

Do I need to install any application?
